Having owned and operated several businesses, worked for Fortune 500 companies, sat on two Boards, and consulted many different firms at various stages of growth, I can provide you with assistance and guidance on your business journey. The size and scope of consultation services will vary depending upon your need and can be as short as solving one particular issue in minutes to an extended analysis and recommendation schedule.

Whether an idea that came through me or one through you, together, we create and execute a plan to achieve our designated goals. We put together a qualified team and create the business plan as a starting point of development. We do our due diligence to determine the feasibility and potential outcomes derived from our efforts.

Once these ideas are brought forth, fleshing out the details to determine the most feasible path forward.
Business Plan Authoring
As a seasoned business plan writer for both my own companies and as a consultant to others, I will either assist you in the effectiveness of your developing or existing business plan, or, if you are in need of one from scratch, I will, through interview and research, prepare an effective tool for internal and/or external use (financial or otherwise). After tailoring it to your specific needs, I will assist in modification as the business moves forward and requires it for alternate use.
Previously sat on the Board of Directors of two Public Companies. As a non-executive Director for AED Computers, primarily advising on marketing and product development. As executive director and CEO of Technology Corporation of Australia. I will provide an objective view and uphold the obligations to the shareholders, executives, and to the customers/end users. My expertise is in strategic business building, marketing and public relations, deal negotiation, public speaking and leadership representation.
Instead of throwing out a whole bunch of cliches and catchy phrases from business icons and known self help authors, I will provide you with some sound advice to ponder.
Investing your time and/or your money in any business venture takes courage and a willingness to deal directly with the outcomes produced by your actions, positive or otherwise. It is not for everybody.
